We’re overjoyed to announce a major achievement for Cleveland Group. We've been named finalists in two categories at the prestigious Hire Awards of Excellence 2025.
Shortlisted for SafeHire Plant, Tool & Equipment Hire Company of the Year (Turnover over £10 million) and Hire Industry Product of the Year for our JCoP Cleveland Gold Standard Hire and Modular fleet, this recognition highlights our dedication to excellence in quality, safety, and innovation across all aspects of our business.

In response to growing demand for eco-friendly site accommodation and modular buildings, we seized the opportunity to expand and innovate. We’ve invested in our EPC ‘B’ and JCoP compliant core hire fleet, ensuring top-tier energy efficiency and sustainability.
Cleveland Modular is the UK’s largest importer of Containex Modular buildings, delivering EPC ‘A’ rated structures, partnering with industry leaders like Hitachi Zosen Inova (HZI) to deliver major national infrastructure projects.
Our commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation positions us as strong contenders for the Hire Industry Product of the Year.
