Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our Finance team, supporting our Credit Control function. The role will focus on maintaining accurate customer accounts, assisting with billing and invoice processes, and ensuring timely resolution of queries to support strong cash flow and customer relationships.
 
Working closely with the wider team, you will provide administrative support across accounts receivable activities, including managing customer communications, resolving invoice queries, and supporting payment processes. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and an interest in developing within a finance environment

  • To support the Credit Control function through efficient administration and accurate account maintenance.
  • To assist in ensuring invoices are paid on time and help maintain strong cash flow and reduce bad debt exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate customer records and account data
  • Issue statements and support debt collection processes
  • Provide invoices, PODs, and customer documentation
  • Log and manage invoice queries
  • Assist with billing, invoice and credit note processing
  • Support billing of Financed Sales
  • Support account reconciliations and query resolution
  • Assist with cash allocation and unallocated cash
  • Manage AR mailbox and respond to enquiries
  • Support new account setup and compliance checks
  • Provide general administrative support to Credit Control team

Summary

As a Commercial Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial operation by managing the full quote-to-contract process. You will be responsible for overseeing the purchase order cycle from order placement through to goods receipt. This role involves monitoring and responding to queries in the Commercial Inbox, which is both fast-paced and requires strong attention to detail, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. You will update contract statuses based on daily banking activity, produce weekly and monthly reports to support commercial performance monitoring, and ensure all tasks are completed in line with business deadlines and the month-end timetable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the purchase order process from order placement through to goods receipt.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming requests in the Commercial Inbox, resolving queries efficiently and within agreed service levels.
  • Update contract statuses based on daily banking activity.
  • Manage the quote-to-contract process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice queries, liaising with internal teams through actions on MCS.
  • Assist with supplier desk audits, ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are up to date.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports, providing accurate and timely commercial data to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all commercial administration activities are completed in line with business deadlines and the month-end timetable.
  • Support month-end processes, maintaining accuracy and meeting all reporting and operational deadlines.

Skills & Experience

  •  Previous experience in a commercial administration, purchasing or sales support role is desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Purpose of the Job

The Operational Support Administrator provides high‑quality administrative, planning, and coordination support to the Depot Operations Team. The role ensures accurate data management, efficient communication, and smooth operational processes that reflect the company’s commitment to excellent customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities/Skills/Objectives

Operational Administration & Coordination

  • Maintain and update the Operational Planner in collaboration with Depot Leadership.
  • Support the National Service Centre with service call-outs and allocation of labour resources.
  • Provide daily maintenance of stock and repair status data for the depot.
  • Track labour hours across systems and ensure accurate input for reporting – works orders.
  • Support project resource coordination for scheduled works, including collation of work‑in‑progress and ordering of required parts.
  • Manage gate logs, depot communications, and site enquiries.
  • Attend daily briefings as required.

Customer & Supplier Support

  • Respond to incoming calls/emails, filtering enquiries and resolving them in line with internal SLA guidelines.
  • Adopt a customer‑centric approach aligned with the “Cleveland Can” attitude.
  • Support damage revenue processes.
  • Coordinate with hauliers and suppliers when required, ensuring accurate documentation return.

Data & Reporting

  • Gather and issue monthly and YTD performance indicators.
  • Ensure accuracy of all operational and stock‑related data entered into internal systems.
  • Maintain and organise office data, digital files, and operational tracking logs.
     

Health & Safety & Compliance

  • Adhere to current health and safety legislation and complete all required training.
  • Promptly raise any health and safety concerns through appropriate reporting channels.

We are seeking a strategic and commercially astute Procurement Officer to lead the sourcing, negotiation, and management of Indirect and Subcontractor categories across the UK.

This role is pivotal in ensuring cost-effective, compliant, and high-quality procurement of services such as subcontracted site services, materials, and facilities management across our growing network. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Category Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement category strategies for indirect spend areas, aligned with business goals and operational needs.
  • Supplier Management:
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage a network of suppliers; conducting regular performance reviews and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Contract Negotiation & Compliance:
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms, risk mitigation, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Cost Optimisation:
  • Drive cost savings and value creation through strategic sourcing, demand management, and supplier consolidation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with internal teams across the Business to understand requirements and deliver procurement solutions.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Monitor market trends, supplier innovations, and regulatory changes to inform sourcing strategies and maintain competitive advantage
  • Sustainability & ESG:
