Purpose of the Job
The Operational Support Administrator provides high‑quality administrative, planning, and coordination support to the Depot Operations Team. The role ensures accurate data management, efficient communication, and smooth operational processes that reflect the company’s commitment to excellent customer service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities/Skills/Objectives
- Operational Administration & Coordination
- Maintain and update the Operational Planner in collaboration with Depot Leadership.
- Support the National Service Centre with service call-outs and allocation of labour resources.
- Provide daily maintenance of stock and repair status data for the depot.
- Track labour hours across systems and ensure accurate input for reporting – works orders.
- Support project resource coordination for scheduled works, including collation of work‑in‑progress and ordering of required parts.
- Manage gate logs, depot communications, and site enquiries.
- Attend daily briefings as required.
Customer & Supplier Support
- Respond to incoming calls/emails, filtering enquiries and resolving them in line with internal SLA guidelines.
- Adopt a customer‑centric approach aligned with the “Cleveland Can” attitude.
- Support damage revenue processes.
- Coordinate with hauliers and suppliers when required, ensuring accurate documentation return.
Data & Reporting
- Gather and issue monthly and YTD performance indicators.
- Ensure accuracy of all operational and stock‑related data entered into internal systems.
- Maintain and organise office data, digital files, and operational tracking logs.
Health & Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to current health and safety legislation and complete all required training.
- Promptly raise any health and safety concerns through appropriate reporting channels.

- High level of data input accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Office
